A multinational sporting goods manufacturer is currently undergoing rapid expansion and is looking to strengthen its HR function by bringing on a strategic and creative Human Resources Director.About the RoleDevelop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's business goals and support its rapid growthLead the talent acquisition process, including workforce planning, recruitment, selection, and onboarding of top talent at all levelsOversee performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, feedback, and career development planningDesign and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performanceAdminister compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with industry standards and company cultureEnsure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.Drive employee engagement initiatives to create a vibrant and supportive workplace cultureStay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management and recommend enhancements to HR policies and practicesManage and develop the HR team, providing leadership, guidance, and support for their professional growth and successThe Successful ApplicantDegree holder in Human Resources Management and or related disciplineMinimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership and management experience gained from the Retail sector is HIGHLY preferredStrong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws across Hong Kong and ChinaExperience in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs that support business objectivesStrong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforceExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organizationProficient in spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and EnglishClick " Apply Now " to apply for this position or call
