Manager - Internal Communication & Corporate CultureJob Location:

Hong Kong OfficeAccountabilities:Spearhead the development and execution of internal communication strategies, facilitate their implementation, and assess feedback from global teams.Oversee the content, design, functionality, and accessibility of the company’s internal communication platforms to promote corporate messages, values, and knowledge, thereby enhancing readability and engagement.Create and edit a range of global communication content, including corporate news, business updates, industry insights, learning materials, and shared experiences across various channels.Provide editorial services to management and functional units, including corporate information, policy and guideline implementation, and organizational announcements.Maintain and update relevant sections of the corporate website, annual reports, and other external and corporate communication materials as needed.Foster employee engagement by promoting corporate culture and values through various initiatives, such as global recognition programs.Coordinate employee engagement in Corporate Social Responsibility efforts, including activities such as environmental sustainability events, volunteering, and regional communications regarding sustainability.Handle other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.Requirements:Excellent command of written and spoken English. Native English speakers with proficiency in written and spoken Chinese preferred.University degree in Journalism, Communications, Human Resources, English, Business, or related fields.A minimum of 10 years of experience in internal communications or editorial roles in multinational organizations.Solid experience in promoting corporate culture, enhancing employee engagement, and understanding knowledge management in multinational corporations is beneficial.Experience with media publishing or enterprise collaboration tools; proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Office 365 will be highly advantageous.Dynamic and able to communicate effectively across all regions and levels within the organization.How to Apply:
