Headquartered in Boise, Idaho, we’re committed to providing an environment that establishes a work-life balance with a healthy culture of professional development, excitement, and fun!We’re seeking a Client Content Specialist to support our client services division by performing the following major functions:Build, edit and optimize newsletter content that promotes client-specific marketing goals, striving for engaging and compelling content presentation.Edit a variety of client content (blogs, white papers, technical articles, and other electronics industry content). We deliver only high-quality content to our clients.Create and manage industry webinars and other virtual events.Help the Client Content team meet its deadlines for deliverables to clients.The position requires the following skills, experience, and qualities:Strong editing skills and a comfort level with technical content aimed at the electronics industry.Attention to detail and a knack for catching errors.Newsletter platform experience.An understanding of what’s required to deliver strong newsletter or social media content to promote newly created articles.Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and generally work independently.Comfortable communicating with clients.Comfortable using and learning new software.Design experience preferred.Bonus but not required: Experience with HTML.This position requires solid editing skills and an attention to detail to support custom content programs for our clients, which include several multimillion-dollar companies in the electronics and electrical engineering industries. We’re looking for someone who works well in a team environment, communicates clearly with clients, and can meet deadlines for client deliverables. In addition, you should be comfortable creating and managing webinars (we will train you on our software) as part of our webinar team.Bonus points if you’re familiar with the electronics and electrical engineering industries, but that is not a hard requirement. Required Skills/Education/Experience:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Journalism, English or related field of study.Technical writing experience or related degree.Strong copy-editing ability.Strong written and spoken communication skills.Highly organized and able to prioritize under pressure.Ability to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously.Positive attitude and driven work ethic.Preferred Skills/Experience:Project management.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign, but also Illustrator, etc.).Experience with WordPress and other CMS programs.
