The AMXL Instructional Designer needs to be expert in developing eLearning for mobile environments as well as implementing courseware at scale. The AMXL Instructional Designer will ensure AMXL Associates, Delivery Associates, and Leaders succeed on the job while remaining safe.Key job responsibilities

Create and maintain interactive, best-in-class eLearning experiences using Storyline 360Design and own end-to-end learning experiences for a global audience including onboarding training, on the job assessments, and continuous educationPartner with Design team to drive best practices and define quality and design expectationsWork with SMEs and PMs to define learning objectives and learning metricsLocalize and translate courses for EU and NA audiencesBASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years Instructional Design ExperienceMastery of Storyline 360Proven experience building digital assets or training experiences with Adobe Creative Cloud applicationsStrong Design and UX skillsDemonstrated ability to build adult learning and assessments based on learning/performance objectivesExperience with LMS Admin (Cornerstone, Docebo, etc)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
