Conduct needs assessments and identify learning goals and objectives.Design instructional materials, including assessments, activities, and content.Develop engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer of knowledge.Implement instructional strategies using various delivery methods (e.g., e-learning).Evaluate the effectiveness of courses and instructional materials, making improvements as necessary.Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructors, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.Stay updated with the latest instructional design trends, techniques, and technologies.Create accessible training with usability eLearning platforms.Requirements
8+ years of experience.Have Articulate Storyline experience.Must be okay with some travel domestic and international.
