The Instructional Design Specialist III skillsets may be more specifically defined at the task order level to include developing and conducting training needs surveys, analyzing results, identifying training needs, and developing and creating necessary eLearning training via client supplied software to meet those needs. In addition, they will design and develop guidelines, behavioral objectives, instructional methods, course materials, and training aids.Responsibilities
