Do you thrive in a collaborative environment and possess a deep understanding of brand strategy and measurement? If so, FranklinCovey seeks a Director of Brand Marketing to join our dynamic team.Essential Job FunctionsDeveloping and leading the implementation of a long-term brand strategy aligned with FranklinCovey's vision, mission, positioning, and core values.Crafting a compelling brand narrative that bridges our heritage with a modern vision.Analyzing market research to understand target audience needs, competitor landscape, and industry trends.Defining and managing the brand voice and messaging.Overseeing the development of compelling brand stories that connect with the audience emotionally.Crafting client-facing marketing copy that resonates with target audiences.Developing and managing a social media strategy to build brand awareness and engagement.Collaborating with other marketing leaders to ensure brand alignment across all departments globally.Developing and implementing a comprehensive set of brand metrics to track brand awareness and perception.Leading the analysis of brand sentiment and brand advocacy.Providing guidance on FranklinCovey's brand identity guidelines.Providing guidance to a team of associates focused on brand development.Basic Qualifications10+ years of experience in brand marketing.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or directly related field.Preferred Skills & ExperienceMaster’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or directly related field.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies.Expertise in market research, data analysis, and brand measurement methodologies.Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.Experience in developing and managing social media strategies for a B2B audience.Strong understanding of the L&D industry and its competitive landscape.FranklinCovey is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
