Do you thrive in a collaborative environment and possess a deep understanding of brand strategy and measurement? If so, FranklinCovey seeks a Director of Brand Marketing to join our dynamic team.Essential Job FunctionsDevelop and lead the implementation of a long-term brand strategy aligned with FranklinCovey's vision, mission, positioning, and core values.Craft a compelling brand narrative that bridges our heritage with a modern vision.Analyze market research to understand target audience needs, competitor landscape, and industry trends.Define and manage the brand voice and messaging for consistent communication.Oversee the development of compelling brand stories that connect with the audience emotionally.Craft compelling client-facing marketing copy that resonates with target audiences.Develop and manage a social media strategy to build brand awareness and engagement.Collaborate with other marketing leaders to ensure brand alignment across all departments globally.Develop and implement a comprehensive set of brand metrics to track brand awareness and ROI.Lead the analysis of brand sentiment and brand advocacy.Provide guidance on FranklinCovey's brand identity guidelines to maintain brand consistency.Provide guidance to a team of associates focused on brand development.Basic Qualifications10+ years of experience in brand marketing.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or directly related field.Preferred Skills & ExperienceMaster’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or directly related field.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies.Expertise in market research, data analysis, and brand measurement methodologies.Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.Experience in developing and managing social media strategies for a B2B audience.Strong understanding of the L&D industry and its competitive landscape.Benefits include
