Our client in Austin, Texas has an immediate need for a Marketing Manager on a direct hire basis.Company Profile:

The Marketing Manager will participate in a variety of marketing and communication efforts including:Marketing department managementProposal coordinationBusiness developmentPublic relationsMarketing administrationResponsibilities include:Collaborate with Management to strategically pursue business development opportunities and maintain current client relationships.Oversee business development efforts including lead finding/tracking, researching potential markets/clients across all locations.Prepare Executives and Project Managers for presentations and speaking engagements.Collaborate on PR efforts such as writing magazine pitches, white papers, and press releases.Craft compelling proposal and presentation packages for delivery of quality, on-time submittal of proposals and qualifications.Develop, write, and maintain all forms of project collateral.Manage and produce company designs, communications, messaging, and digital presence.Establish and oversee annual marketing plan and budget.Develop and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing reports.Manage social media and third-party websites.Supervise professional photography and videography documentation.Supervise organization and upkeep of marketing databases.Marketing Manager Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree required10+ years of related experienceFluency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesignAEC industry experience highly preferredAbility to multi-task and prioritize based on company needsStrong social networking skillsProficiency with social media platformsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills, highly motivated, organized, and detail-orientedFeatures and Benefits of Client:
