Our products include pelletizing and filtration systems, extrusion dies, and recycling equipment that enables our customers to transform waste into purified reusable raw material.JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Communications Coordinator will provide world-class marketing support for the EDI global business.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will assist in the planning, development, and implementation of external and internal marketing collateral, concentrating on the strategic focus segments identified by the PPS Portfolio Analysis.Interacts with relevant departments (including Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service) and customers, as well as external vendors (including marketing communication design firms, photographers, and commercial printers) to coordinate, create, and distribute marketing collateral for both existing Top Products and Product Innovation pipeline projects (including brochures, data sheets, photos, and videos).Aids in writing, editing, and developing materials for product promotion in our strategic focus segments (including internet content, marketing literature, internal and external presentations).Supports lead generation activities, including identifying applicable leads and documenting them in our CRM database.Works with other departments (including Human Resources and Health, Safety, & Environment) to develop and promote job opportunities to create Winning Teams and safety messages that emphasize our Journey to Zero commitments.Monitors PPS general email inbox and distributes customer and vendor requests to the appropriate department and/or person, prioritizing Top Customer needs.Prepares and ships marketing collateral for industry events that support our NBS Next strategic focus segments.Assists with customer visits (including ordering food) and ensures other details of the customer visit are handled.Any other duties that may reasonably be assigned.In addition to the primary marketing function, this role will serve as a back-up for customer service activities, including:Providing quotations for spare parts, communicating with customers in accordance with our NBS Next initiatives and policies (including minimum order values), and entering new spare part orders (prioritizing Top Customer orders).New and rework die order entry into our ERP program.Managing an adequate inventory of office and cafeteria supplies, working with external vendors to place additional orders as required.Files correspondence in Electronic Filing System (EFS).Any other duties that may reasonably be assigned.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

Detail-oriented, self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to multi-task and work collaboratively, as well as independently, in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. The required qualifications for this position are as follows:1-3 years of related experience in a marketing functionProficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience with data entryExceptional telephone skills and high comfort level speaking with customers multiple times per dayPrevious experience with design programs, such as the Adobe Creative SuiteSKILLS & ABILITIES

Must have strong interpersonal skills in order to interact with customers, suppliers and co-workers in a team-based environmentMust have ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently with minimal directionMust have good communication skills: written, verbal, and listeningWORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
