We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our Hydronics division, within the Danfoss Climate Solutions Segment. You would support our South East European organization, with a primary focus on the South markets (France, Italy, Spain). If you have experience in marketing communications, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to drive our marketing initiatives, you could be our new colleague. Job Responsibilities
Support the definition and implementation of marketing plans, aligned with Danfoss Hydronics’ strategies. Collaborate closely with the sales teams to develop and implement local sales and promotional campaigns that align with our strategic goals. In collaboration with sales and technical support, organize training sessions and webinars for partners, direct and indirect customers. Support and actively participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our brand and products. Develop engaging content and materials to promote the sales promotions and company events and training sessions. Work with global marketing teams to adapt and execute global campaigns at the local level, ensuring that all campaigns are tailored to the local market while maintaining brand consistency. Regularly update and maintain the company website to ensure it reflects current campaigns, product information, and other relevant content. Coordinate communication on specific communication channels, targeting indirect and direct customers. Minimum Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields. At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in international contexts and in B2B marketing for technical products. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a practical mindset. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel). Experience in campaign management, ideally in technologically complex environments. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and French. Employee Benefits
