local US Community Manager

to serve our US market in Miami, Florida. In this role you’ll work within the field marketing organization reporting up to the B2B Marketing US Team Lead.Responsibilities:Support US Field marketing team in delivering against our acquisition and activation targets for USOwn the relationships with our local brand ambassadors and community influencersDevelop and implement targeted community engagement strategies, enhancing provider-to-provider connections and referrals.Collaborate with brand ambassadors and industry professionals to create promotional content and increase brand visibility.Build and nurture relationships with beauty professionals, influencers, and industry leaders to amplify brand visibility and trust.Analyze community feedback and engagement metrics to refine strategies and increase the effectiveness of referral networks.Organize and lead local events, workshops, and seminars that not only engage but also educate the community and increase Booksy’s brand credibilityServe as a subject matter expert on our US communities representing local audiences and segments. Help global teams understand the specific needs of our communities. This means understanding the needs of our B2B customers, tracking key local competitors, monitoring industry trends, and surfacing any regional influences.Support US Field Marketing and organic acquisition and brand efforts including events, social media, and content campaigns with our US provider community.Gain a deep understanding of the product needs of our local communities.Support local CS and operations teams.Collaborate with other Community Managers and B2B Marketing Specialists in our other main markets to share best practices
