PAR is seeking a Content Marketing Manager with a psychology background to join our dynamic organization. In this role, you will develop, plan, and implement the organization’s overall content strategy and manage the creation and production of marketing content that will facilitate our thought leadership goals and lead generation activities. As Content Marketing Manager, your ultimate goal is to drive awareness, adoption, and communications that nurture prospects into buyers. The creation of various forms of content including white papers, infographics, social media strategy and execution, long-form content, and thought leadership materials will be your main focus. You will maintain close partnerships with the PAR product team to ensure relevant and timely materials are presented within the marketplace to drive conversions and build upon our exceptional brand standards and reputation.Position Responsibilities

Leverage experience in academic studies, master’s programs, research, or clinical work in psychology or as a clinical psychologist to write compelling content that resonates with our audience or can be translated to other buying personas who are not psychologists.Ability to leverage research to aid in the creation of a content strategy that is backed by analytics and best practices.Understanding of the company’s target audience, the buyers journey, and the competition’s content, messaging, and distribution tactics.Facilitate internal stakeholder interviews to identify business objectives and subject matter experts.Keyword research and implementation into our content deliverables.Manage content calendar and content solutions to guide your overall strategy and writing initiatives.Collaborate with product marketing manager, digital marketing manager, and others within the marketing, sales, product, and customer support organizations to craft communications that resonate with our buyers and enhance our brand.Understand best practices and stay up-to-date on trends within the content marketing space, stay current on mental health issues and psychological assessment industry as a whole, bring new ideas to colleagues and leadership, with an eye on attention to detail and storytelling expertise.Qualifications

Comfortable using productivity applications like Microsoft Office Suite, Monday, and our CMS (Sitefinity).Must be a strong writer with experience using AP Style guidelines.Data driven and highly analytical.Proficiency with social media strategies, channels, and analytics.Experience with online community building.Appetite to learn about the psychology industry, the psychological assessment industry, our target buyers, workplace settings, and mission within mental health.Excellent time and project management skills, able to work cross-functionally, and articulate strategy to senior leadership and outside stakeholders.Excellent written and verbal communication.Masters level degree in psychology.5-7 years of writing experience preferred.
