This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position with hours primarily around Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional evenings per operational need. You will work at 8501 Excelsior Drive in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a

Medical Communications Supervisor

to:

Provide leadership to Critical Care Transport and Interfacility Transport communications staff.Ensure department policies and procedures are current and relevant to the industry and meet CAMTS standards.Promote compliance with Joint Commission, CAMTS, and other regulatory body standards through consistent rounding and performance of tracers and audits. Review, investigate, and follow up on patient concerns, Patient Safety Net (PSN) submissions, Infection Control, and Employee Health exposures.Develop and maintain performance monitoring systems to ensure a high standard of practice is maintained throughout the program.
