Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate and collaborate with our Senior Marketing Lead and with Access Sciences leadership to:

Understand our services and our value propositions in depth

Assist creating and executing on a holistic marketing strategy that speaks to all our key services

Own the development and maintenance of company website, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions and SEO. This includes selecting themes, customizing layouts, and managing plugins.

Monitor website performance, including speed and user experience, using tools like Google Analytics. Implement improvements to enhance site speed, reduce bounce rates, and improve overall functionality.

Oversee the publishing of content, ensuring that it aligns with SEO best practices and effectively engages the target audience. This may involve formatting posts, adding multimedia elements, and ensuring content is updated regularly.

Identify target clients and target personae, then develop and execute roadmaps for integrated marketing campaigns to connect targets to our messaging

Own campaign optimization activities based on real-time feedback

Coordinate market research to stay abreast of information management trends and their impact on the services we provide

Coordinate competitor reviews to understand our competitors' core offerings, and develop differentiation messages

Coordinate client reviews to understand key pain points, and how successful we are delivering our value propositions

Coordinate logistics for key events, such as conferences, webinars, panel discussions, client peer events, and podcasts

Direct inbound leads to appropriate people in the company and monitor follow-up

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related business field

3-5 years of marketing or communications experience

Direct marketing experience in business operations, information technology, and/or business consulting for a service-based organization

Proficiency in WordPress for web development, understanding of HTML/CSS, and familiarity with JavaScript. Certifications are a plus.

In-depth knowledge of HubSpot for CRM and marketing automation, Google Analytics, and AdWords. Certifications are a plus.

Strong analytical abilities, creative problem-solving skills, and effective communication and project management skills.

Team-oriented approach with the ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet expectations and deadlines across multiple projects

Must be based in or willing to move to Houston, Texas
