E-commerce Google Ads Specialist

for our growth marketing team.This teammate will be launching and optimizing Google ad campaigns across various formats while conducting A/B testing to identify successful strategies that drive business results. Provide proactive recommendations, create detailed performance reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance ad effectiveness and integrate SEO best practices.

Salary Range:

PHP 75,000 - 95,000 per monthNote: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

The RoleLaunch new Google ad campaigns from scratch; A/B testing of ads and ad sets to determine what is and is not successful to drive business resultsIndependently optimize Google campaigns based on data trends from ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.Run & optimize Google ad campaigns for: (Choose: Search, Display, Performance Max (PMax), Shopping, Video, others)Proactively recommend new best practices to the client on recommended optimizationsMonitor, export, track, and identify common Google ads challenges, and proactively report on what is and is not working with the clientBuild Excel or Google Sheets reports utilizing advanced formulas, functions, graphs, charts, and pivot tables for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to the clientDrive the testing of new ad copy and assets based on new products or servicesAssist with the development of new ad channels as neededUtilize research and SEO best practices to optimize keywords across platformsCollect ads content, assets, and copy from cross-functional marketing teamsUtilize instant messaging, video-calls, email, and project management software to communicate proactively and consistently with clientShort-form copywriting for Paid Search ads utilizing SEO keywords and optimized terms

Requirements2+ years of Google Ads experience

across platforms like Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and Video.Strong analytical skills

with the ability to calculate and interpret key paid media KPIs, including ROAS, CTR, and CPM.Proficient in creating custom reports

in Excel or Google Sheets to track paid media trends over time and across campaigns.Expertise in analyzing Google Ads data

to provide proactive recommendations for campaign adjustments and optimizations.Fluent in English communication

and experienced in collaborating with U.S.-based clients, with skills in copywriting for Google Ads campaigns.Ability to work ESTNice to HaveExperience running YouTube adsFamiliarity with Gmail and Slack for internal comms
