is seeking to hire a

full-time Regional Leasing & Marketing Specialist

in Colorado. As a Regional Leasing & Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting the Residential Marketing Director with all marketing efforts for both lease-up and stabilized communities in your region. This position will ensure digital advertising accuracy, coordination of marketing support material fulfillment, lease-up community setup, and assisting with the implementation of new initiatives. In addition, this position will build and nurture a lead pipeline for new lease-up properties through social media and online advertising to handoff to onsite team when leasing begins.Duties and Responsibilities:

Works closely with Marketing Director on maintaining successful property marketing efforts that supports overall leasing efforts with both stabilized and lease-up properties.Responsible for creating and building audience for multiple community social media pages from the beginning of construction and maintaining with 2-3 centralized posts per week.Builds and nurtures lead pipeline for new lease-up communities to handoff when site team is hired and prepared to begin leasing.Oversees onsite team completion of monthly digital marketing audits; ensuring ILS, lead tracking, website, concessions, and paid ad copy is up-to-date, and making any updates needed.Assists Marketing Director on the opening checklist for new lease-up communities.Will contribute to SEO performance of communities by creating and verifying community Google My Business pages and monitoring team’s social media use through SOCI.Provide suggestions and new ideas to improve the overall residential marketing program.Will assist Marketing Director in the implementation of new initiatives and the ongoing support and training of it.Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from CRM and Social Media Sites.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading industry related publications.Act as a brand representative/advocate of the Thompson Thrift brands, embodying the mission, values and core competencies of the company.Other duties as assigned.Travel up to 30%.Physical Duties and Responsibilities:

Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, fingering, feeling, talking, hearing, visual acuity near and far, depth perception, field of vision, accommodation.Outside and inside environmental and atmospheric conditions, odors, toxic conditions.Physical demands over 5 pounds.Pre-requisites:

2 years of experience in similar role.Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities and work in a fast-paced environment.Must be organized and deadline oriented and a creative and tactical thinker.Self-motivated and works well in a team environment.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities using common sense and good judgement.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.An innate sense of intellectual curiosity - a desire to always understand the “why” and seek out opportunities for incremental improvements.Annual Salary*: $65,000-$75,000 per year based on experience

Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
