It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they are doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.About LennarLennar is one of the nation's leading homebuilders, dedicated to making an impact and creating an extraordinary experience for their Homeowners, Communities, and Associates by building quality homes and providing exceptional customer service.Your Role on the TeamReview and analyze sales and marketing reports and provide recommendations to the Director of Sales to create effective marketing and advertising campaigns.Manage all advertising and promotional budgets for each community within the Division.Update and maintain accurate community information for digital presentations.Maintain the overall appearance of all Welcome Home Centers.Measure digital marketing performance metrics, including SEO/SEM performance.Manage Public Relations and the placement of press releases to support the marketing plan.Coordinate and attend community openings, events, and Realtor events.Manage communications with the ad agency and marketing trade partners.Monitor the effectiveness of all advertising/marketing efforts.Attend sales meetings to keep sales informed of all activities.Create collateral materials such as floorplans, renderings, and price sheets.Manage market research to ensure strategic plans are effective.Work with sign vendors on signage quotes and install coordination.Track division sales, starts, closings, and inventory counts.Oversee maintenance of the database for direct mail campaigns.Manage reporting related to traffic, sourcing, appointments, and sales.Perform other duties as directed by the Director of Sales.Your ToolboxHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field required.Minimum 3 years proven experience in Marketing and/or Advertising.Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude.Requires resourcefulness, patience, and strong management skills.Valid driver’s license and good driving record.ContactsDaily interaction with division personnel, outside agencies, business partners, and homeowners.Physical RequirementsSome office work requiring the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, and carry office materials weighing 25 pounds or less.This description outlines the basic tasks and requirements for the position noted.Life at LennarAt Lennar, Everything’s Included in our homes, and Everyone’s Included on our team.
