We are seeking:
A detail-oriented full-time Marketing Coordinator. The focus of this position will be to participate in planning and executing marketing campaigns across our marketing channels. This is an advanced level position for someone who possesses a great understanding of how to gain sales results through the utilization of their expertise in social media advertising platforms. As the Marketing Coordinator, you should be able to increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Research audience preferences and discover current trendsMeasure web traffic and conversionsStay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms, ensuring maximum effectivenessResearch and implement strategic audience targeting that will get our clients the most exposure and conversionsSuggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitionsResearch and A/B test ads to expand our reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisitionCollaborate with the Creative Manager and Marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programsMonitor market intelligence and keep track of competitor movement and market situationContinuous monitoring of results and improving of adsReport results of paid campaignsManage various Email and SMS campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email and SMS sendsMeasure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows to convert leads into customersWork to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email and SMS sendsDevelop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email and SMSEvaluate metrics within Google Analytics or other web analytic platformsCreate and present high-quality documents and presentations to senior leadershipParticipate in strategic initiatives; contributing to long-term vision and planningMaintain the promotions calendar and its executionDesired Qualifications:
