Education or related experience in social media marketing / digital advertisingA Date-driven mindset – ready to test and optimize old and new marketing channelsA willingness to try new things with minimal fear of failureA positive, energetic, professional attitude and customer focused mindsetSelf-motivation and the ability to efficiently multitaskPassion for continuous improvement in an ever-changing environmentA proactive approach to problem solving and ability to work and think independently while taking ownership of projects to ensure they are fully implementedExtreme attention to details and accuracyThen you could:
Create and schedule content and copy for Facebook, Pinterest, and Youtube pagesExecute an overall strategy for each platform to reach/exceed given goalsResearch trends on social media platformsCompose high-level Youtube content through editingPartner with members of Content Team, Photo Team, and Management to produce weekly Youtube videosCompetitor tracking, data entry, and data analysisInternal data entry and data analysisSome holiday work required (checking platforms to make sure posts are going off, links are correct, etc.)Final Thoughts:
