The Commercial Marketing Manager is responsible for developing new and innovative offers designed to drive Postpaid Consumer BTS (Beyond The Smartphone) business growth at T-Mobile US. This role requires competency in marketing strategy, analytics, eye for business, identifying industry trends, customer insights, competitive research, understanding frontline needs, championing change, and cross-functional leadership.This role is available at our Bellevue, WA; Overland Park, KS; and Frisco, TX Headquarters.What you will do in your role:

Responsible for seeing opportunities based on competitive landscape, business performance and customer struggles. Provides strategic recommendation on offers and programs to gain new customers. Leverage Unit Economics data to develop high-level reasoning for new programs and initiatives.Support the creation of strategic recommendations on device offers, programs, and lifecycle management to drive industry leading BTS growth.Implement quarterly offers partnering with operations, supply chain, finance, Brand Marketing, product marketing, Go-To-Market, performance analytics, consumer insights, pricing and more. The role requires strong cross functional partnership across the enterprise to ensure perfect execution of offers in market and performance management.Assist with the development and implementation of quarterly marketing plans for the Postpaid portfolio. Requires extensive planning management including analysis of customer insight and business performance, development of promotional offers and brand value proposition and performance management in quarter.Assists with the management of quarterly business performance including results, preparing contingencies and development iterations of the plan in a competitive environment.Support the management of multiple priorities in a fast paced and changing environment.The skills you’ll need:

Good business writing, negotiation, and project management skills.Familiarity with go-to-market process and offer & promotion launches.Attention to detail, ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams, and get results in a fast-paced environment.Intuition for business to frame acute consumer insights into quantifiable business opportunities supported by high-level financial models for funding justification.Ability to communicate product and business objectives by integrating information about system capabilities, frontline, and customer experiences to audiences spanning cross-functional organizations & seniority levels.Effectiveness in driving complex multi-stakeholder planning process, leading teams to deliver projects with desired business results, while applying judgement to handle business risks and returns in trade-offs.Curiosity to explore and understand new technical solutions across multiple systems & platforms, and their implications to frontline and customers experiences.A sense of humor, humanity, and team spirit!Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, business, finance, economics.4-7 years of professional experience in analytical or technical role with marketing and/or Frontline products/tools/systems.Legally authorized to work in the United States.18 years or older.Base Pay Range: $84,200 - $151,900. Corporate Bonus Target: 15%.The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
