Join us on our exciting journey and help shape the future of technology!As our Marketing Manager, the development and execution of marketing plans and strategies with a strong focus on social media, email, content marketing and digital advertising will be your focus. You will be responsible for coordinating various marketing activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.Trucker Path is a fun, open, and collaborative culture that spans multiple countries and time zones. To succeed in this role you should be comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities and be able to pivot between them quickly as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesManages and monitors Trucker Path social media channels, working closely with the team and vendors to create and execute on growth strategiesFollows a consistent cadence of creating and posting high quality social media content that drives brand awareness, product positioning, and demand generationIndividually creates or works with vendors to create marketing campaign content that may include HTML emails, landing pages, graphics, flyers, video, and moreAnalyzes marketing campaign performance and assists with the creation and management of marketing reports and dashboardsAssists Marketing Operations with lead loading, management and distribution within the CRMWorks closely with sales teams to gather feedback about lead quality and conversionCoordinates and helps execute tradeshow sponsorship programs and other external eventsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, business communications, or related fieldKnowledge, Skills and Abilities5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing roles, ideally with a technology focusSocial Savvy! With a strong understanding of B2B social media marketing, strategies, and tacticsExperience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)Comfortable building simple HTML emails and landing pages from templatesOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsAn eye for great design! And the ability to create simple graphics using Canva or similar platformsAnalytical and organizational skills including project managementTeam player who can work independently but loves to collaborateSelf-starter who takes initiative, and acts with a high level of accountabilityOutgoing, upbeat and positive, with strong interpersonal skillsA passion for all things marketing, and a big appetite for learning!Knowledge of the trucking, transportation or logistics industry is a plus**Some travel maybe required**
