Job Description:
SUMMARY
Epiq is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to build, manage and execute upon email campaigns for a global law firm. The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage end-to-end campaign production, including email creation, audience segmentation, landing page development, as well as reporting on KPIs and success metrics.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Be responsible for the planning, execution and measurement of email marketing campaigns and landing page developmentAbility to build and send emails in email service platforms (Vuture-preferred), as well as to create, edit and post content on landing pages within a website content management system (Sitecore-preferred)Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies for email list building and optimizationProficiency in email reporting, providing user training and support, supporting email policies and best practicesAssess and recommend strategies to increase conversion rate optimization and conduct A/B testing to improve KPIs: reduce unsubscribe rates, hard bounce and soft bounce rates; and increase open and click-through ratesAbility to work with internal stakeholders to develop email and landing page content to align with brand strategy and guidelinesJ
OB REQUIREMENTS
Must have a minimum of three years' experience in an email marketing role utilizing various email service platforms (Vuture-preferred), as well as building landing pages within content management systems (Sitecore-preferred)Ability to work within tight turnaround times while still applying the highest level of quality assurance to each projectStrong project management skillsExcellent written communication skillsStrong project management skills and exceptional attention to detailExperience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Pardot, etc. is a plus
The Compensation range for this role is 63,156.00 - 76,156.00 USD Annual and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
