Job Description:

The Senior Marketing Operations Coordinator oversees the daily management of our Marketing as a Service and Billing services with the primary focus of achieving and surpassing client expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and oversee all personnel for across client teamsProvide management direction to ensure our accounts are receiving quality service while operating efficiently and profitablyStrategically engage Epiq resources to support proactive solutionsLead recruiting, developing, and training initiatives to optimize account performanceDevelop account strategies in accordance with overall strategy and business plansDevelop positive relationships with client key contacts in each local officeAbility to function with a high level of patience, tact and diplomacyDisplays high ethical standard, integrity, work ethic, and loyaltyJ

OB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree preferred or commensurate marketing experienceExperience managing multi-client operationsMinimum 5 years' experience in business process outsourcing or marketing industryMinimum of 2 years' professional level work experience in a production environment and/or a client-service oriented fieldWorking knowledge of PC applications including Microsoft Office software and Adobe Suite

The Compensation range for this role is 72,000 and 85,000 per year and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
