Position Summary

As a Product Marketing Manager in the Automotive Aftermarket Channel, you will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and awareness for our Ride-Rite, Coil-Rite and Air Command products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and sales, to ensure the successful promotion of product, go-to-market strategies, and new dealer/distributor launches. Promotes and maintains the brand image at local, national and international levels. Coordinates marketing strategies, including packaging, pricing, expense budgets, advertising and promotion of the brand. Analyzes brand perception and ensures positive impact of the brand in the market.

Responsibilities

Product Positioning and Strategy:Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, personas and competitive landscape.Define clear product positioning and differentiation strategies (longevity of the air helper spring market as an aftermarket product)Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the aftermarket air spring business.Understand the product offering and evolution of the product into the automotive aftermarket segment and the relation to the enthusiast market from the tire side.Implements policy and strategy for short-term results and influences others to achieve goalsProduct Launch:Plan and execute product launches.Collaborate with the Ride-Rite engineering team to identify new product/application opportunities.Create compelling product messaging and positioning to effectively communicate product benefits.Must be able to communicate with people at all levels including executive leadershipContent Creation:Work with Digital and Brand Marketing Managers to develop collateral such as product datasheets, brochures, and sales presentations.Create digital content including social posts, website product enhancements and catalogue/spec sheets.Manage and update product-related content on the company website and other digital platforms.Sales Enablement:Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure they are well-equipped to sell aftermarket air spring products.Develop sales tools and materials to facilitate the sales process.Enhance our digital tools to aid our path to purchase.Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.Must build strong relationships through communication and negotiations skills with internal and external stakeholdersMarket Analysis:Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.Make data-driven recommendations for product improvements and enhancements.Work with BMS to help deliver packages messaging to the end user.Minimum Qualifications
