As the Associate Corporate Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in enhancing our employee engagement and corporate initiatives through the creation of captivating graphics for office spaces, layouts, and digital corporate communications. Your work will not only align with brand guidelines but will also reflect your distinctive artistic flair.
What you will do:Design and create engaging visual content for corporate communications and employee engagement initiatives.Assist in the development and execution of design concepts for various projects, ensuring high-quality and on-brand outputs.Ensure that all deadlines are met and immediately red-flag any issues to leadership.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to enhance our visual storytelling.Develop digital corporate communications, including presentations, newsletters, and intranet content.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with corporate branding and goals.Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events and initiatives.Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.Stay up to date with design trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual communications.Perform other duties as assigned.Supervisor Responsibilities:Manages People:

What we are looking for:High school diploma or GED required.Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a relevant field preferred, or commensurate combination of experience and education.0-3 years of professional graphic design experience.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and skills.Strong skills in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).Ability to follow brand guidelines while introducing creative elements.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.Working Conditions:Environment: Office & WarehouseExtreme Exposures: NoneSchedule: Typically requires regular office hours, but may require calls with global counterparts outside of regular office hours.Physical Requirements:Lift up to 10 lbs.Must be able to stand, walk, sit, hear, see, frequently.Travel Required: Yes, some travel may be required.What we offer:At Jazwares, we believe in providing our employees with comprehensive and competitive benefits that support their well-being and overall satisfaction.Base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location.
