Our family-run business is committed to building ideal relationships with customers, employees, and communities by crafting some of our industry's most innovative and trusted tools.The Channel Marketing Manager works with the Marketing and Sales organization to drive awareness, implement pricing strategies, and enhance the effectiveness of our new product launches to drive organizational growth. The Channel Marketing Manager is uniquely positioned and works cross-functionally to increase our understanding of our partner community and programs and to have a direct hand in delivering key initiatives and identifying longer term strategic opportunities. Ongoing engagement in the new product development process will drive early awareness with sales leaders to meet product launch and growth initiatives.Responsibilities

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Implement strategy for specific accounts by working directly with the sales organization to manage product line reviews, packaging updates, product transitions and new product launches.Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, and other business leaders to identify opportunities to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.Organize and help develop go-to-market strategies for product executions and promotions by understanding the relevant user and distributor needs for specific channels of distribution.Provide channel and key account sales forecasting support for new and promotional product introductions.Work with Marketing and Sales leadership to effectively prioritize and shepherd new initiatives and projects from inception to completion.Work closely with the brand and product marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and product positioning across all channel marketing efforts.Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and technical teams to create compelling enablement content, including sales collateral, training materials, and product documentation to support the execution of product launches across various product lines and marketing channels.Ensure that content is tailored to the needs of different partner types and addresses specific pain points.Work closely with the sales team to understand their engagement needs and challenges with partners.Develop tools and resources that empower the sales team to communicate our value proposition to partners effectively.Work with Strategic Pricing Manager to develop and maintain product pricing structure.Continually improve knowledge of size and share of markets into which product portfolio can be sold.Analyze data and feedback to refine and improve channel strategies.Support IDEAL at industry events and meetings including trade shows, line reviews, customer meetings.Qualifications

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field.5-7 years channel management experience with multiple product lines for PRO and DIY consumers.Big box retail channel management experience (The Home Depot, Lowe's, or Menards) is a must have.Experience in related Electrical or STAFDA Distribution channels is a plus.Previous experience developing short- and long-range marketing plans for both business and product.Demonstrated ability to develop winning Go-To-Market strategies.Proven ability to develop and manage pricing strategies across channels.Collaboration skills to effectively drive cross-functional team results.Some travel to customer sites or trade show events will be required.IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
