Job SummaryUnder direct supervision, assist in implementing channel strategies for product portfolios with our largest retailers to grow Medline's retail business.Assist in developing product initiatives and pricing strategies.
Job Description
Responsibilities:Collaborate with brand team and product management teams to develop customer-specific product initiatives and identify competitive activity.Assist in developing customer-specific product initiatives and pricing strategies to grow sales and profitability.Collaborate with Channel team to prioritize category opportunities, product priorities, and price strategies for key sales channels.Assist in preparing line-reviews and customer presentations.Conduct analysis to evaluate channel performance and identify growth opportunities. Share insights with stakeholders.Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.Work experience:
Previous experience working in Retail Channel Marketing or Customer Marketing.Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.Experience with MS Office Suite.Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within, and external to, an organization.Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating teams to identify and implement solutions.Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
