As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Apertum Online, you will play a critical role in crafting intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create user-centric designs that meet both user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design of user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Use user-centered design methodologies to ensure designs are intuitive, easy to use, and meet user needs.

Create design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design solutions.

Ensure designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and visual language.

Work closely with developers and engineers to create appealing, user-friendly, and crisp UI assets to implement intuitive user experiences.

Work with stakeholders to conduct user testing to validate design decisions and iterate on designs based on feedback.

Actively participate in discussions and propose solutions.

Mentor and guide junior designers.

Advocate for the user’s perspective throughout the product development process.

Skills and Educational / Qualification Requirements

Fluent in written and spoken English.

6+ years of experience designing user interfaces for mobile applications.

Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.

Proficiency in Figma.

Have the ability to move fast and ship work while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Be a great team player with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
