Job Summary
We’re seeking a creative & driven product designer to add to our team on a full-time and remote basis. This role encompasses two key areas. You'll contribute to the product side by assisting the team in designing and shipping products that customers love (50%), while also assisting on visual communication to help establish our brand's foundations (50%). As part of a small team, your ability to seamlessly navigate and balance these dual responsibilities will be crucial.Things you will do
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholdersStrong English communication skills to present and articulate design concepts to diverse audiencesAbility to receive and incorporate feedback effectivelyFind ways to improve Connectly's experience and address customer problemsDesign visually appealing and intuitive user interfacesLeverage and contribute to Design SystemDistill complex concepts into beautiful, compelling and easy-to-understand visualsDesign for various interfaces and collateral, including our website, social posts, presentations and moreBonus: Prior knowledge of working with Hubspot and Webflow, experience designing SaaS productsWhat you already bring to the table
Confident with the end-to-end design process, from discovery to executionConducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterationsHas worked with Design Systems in the pastGreat visual/UI chops with a solid foundation in typography, layout and designHas worked with creating visual assets for multiple mediumsHas a solid portfolio of case studiesWhat will make you excel at this job
