You’re a savvy marketer, who is passionate and driven to achieve by a highly collaborative environment where all decisions are made, and plans are implemented with the help and support of the related functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for providing high-quality and timely delivery of marketing assets required for both the PRM and PMF processes to ensure appropriate messaging and value positioning of products in their portfolio.Develop fresh, yet comprehensive, sales enablement initiatives and campaigns, to inspire sales teams and provide focus on growth opportunities.Build and implement, in collaboration with Sales L&D team, internal training materials for the sales team on key products and capabilities with a focus on needs based, competitive advantages.Write, coordinate, monitor and maintain postings of sales tools and communications to our internal playbook.Facilitate the execution of subject area focused migrations/sunsets resulting in timely and effective GTM deliverables in strong collaboration with Product Managers and/or Platform Marketing Managers.Collaborate with our Customer Marketing Advocacy, and Content and Creative teams to create and use customer stories as effective sales tools (case studies, success stories).Lead through influence by collaborating with collaborators on various projects and proactively working to grow the business.Own delivery of tactical execution for discipline-specific thought leadership and/or training events (whether in person or online).Respond to all sales product inquiries in a timely manner.Complete other duties as assigned by MD/Sr. MD to meet company goals.Required SkillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, communications, or related field.Minimum of 2 years of marketing or sales experience.Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to work well with other team members, customers and sales.Proficient analytical skills and ability to distill multiple pieces of data into a cohesive, actionable narrative.Compelling problem solving-skills with the ability to think critically and make tough decisions based on return on investment.Ability to work quickly and juggle multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure.Desire to build and maintain robust understanding of emerging market trends, technologies, and integration strategies.Deep understanding of the messaging needs across audiences – both internal and external.Strong presentation skills, coupled with effective management and delivery of webinars, training, and live events.Energetic presence who can work independently—and with a sense of endless curiosity.Excellent writing skills, including strong copyediting skills.Cengage Group is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.$55,500.00 - $88,800.00 USD
