Graphic Designer

At MIT45, we see graphic design as visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge in the Adobe Creative suite and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Knowing Figma XD or Sketch is a plus. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, the graphic designer should be able create high level concepts and convert them into visually compelling projects.Responsibilities:Develop concepts, create original designs, and produce compelling layouts for all kinds of digital and print channels.Consistently carries MIT45’s brand throughout a wide range of standardized and custom deliverables such as event and marketing materials, email campaigns, website, landing pages, social media posts, videos, and animation, and more.Manages content & file organization, ensuring MIT’s brand is communicated both in words and design.Works closely with the creative team and management to secure approvals of concepts. Works independently to drive projects from concept to delivery, working independently and on time.Updates existing design content and assets ensuring workflow from concept to production is efficient and well communicatedWorks with creative team members and key stakeholders in other departments to produce effective content, ensuring all materials consistently adhere to brand standards.Stays up to date on all marketing/sales initiatives.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Design or a related field.3-5 years of previous experience in a graphic design, with a strong grasp of design principles (typography, color, layout, composition)3-5 years experience using content management systems.Proficient in Adobe Creative SuiteDemonstrated graphic design skills with a portfolio of published content.Able to think creatively and have proven experience developing new design concepts, graphics, layouts, and branding.Previous experience conducting industry research.Pay, Benefits, and More:To attract and retain top talent we offer competitive compensation.
