A Business Analyst in Marketing & Communications is responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large datasets to decipher the various marketing and communication strategies adopted by a company. Analyze data from various sources to derive actionable insights that drive decision-making and support strategic marketing efforts. Expertise in data handling, analysis, and interpretation to help optimize marketing campaigns to increase market share and ROI.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesThis list may not include all of the duties that may be assigned.Analyze patient engagement processes and propose improvements or optimizations using data-driven insights.Prepare and present reports to senior management detailing the success of engagement strategies and areas for further improvement.Utilize statistical tools to perform predictive analytics, identifying future trends and potential areas of concern in patient engagement.Develop and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights into patient behaviors, satisfaction levels, and engagement metrics.Collaborate with IT and data science teams to enhance data collection methods and analytics.Develop process maps and recommendations for enhancing and delivering patient communication and engagement strategies.Monitor project progress, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time and achieving desired ROIs.QualificationsEDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. 5 years of healthcare experience could be commensurate to the education required.EXPERIENCE:

Proven track record of analyzing data and generating insights to drive business objectives.Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesExperience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related field.Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, quantitative methodologies, and data manipulation.Proficient in SQL, Excel, R, Python, and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Strong analytical, process development, and strategic insight delivery skills.TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONSNon-patient facing.Remote, In-Office optional.If remote, this job must be U.S. based.Indoor work; professional office environment.Operating a computer.May require sitting or standing for long periods, including stooping, bending, stretching.Lift up to 10lbs.Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, type at 35 wpm, operate a copier, and other office equipment.Other Physical RequirementsVision.Sense of sound.Sense of touch.Performance RequirementsAdhere to all organizational information security policies and protect all sensitive information including but not limited to ePHI and PHI (Protected Health Information) in accordance with organizational policy, Federal, State, and local regulations.
