Job#: 2036666Job Description:The In-House Agency is looking for an experienced Production Designer with great attention to detail and ability to produce mechanicals quickly. We’re looking for a production designer who’s known for great efficiency and speed – a great partner who can produce digital, social and print mechanicals along with design updates for both refresh work, and to support production for campaign creative teams.Key Responsibilities Include:Creating mechanicals and designs for print and digital marketing (paid/owned/earned)Executing revisions, edits, modifications, resizings and other adjustments to previously completed work.Working closely with Copywriters, Art Directors and Proofers.Able to effectively speak to, present and defend design concepts, process and executions.Bringing creativity and innovative design solutions to both creative and process challenges.Conducting detail-oriented oversight of execution.Working closely and collaboratively with the creative teams.Required:2+ years of design experienceAdobe Creative CloudAdobe Creative SuiteAdobe IllustratorAdobe InDesignCreative DesignDesign SystemsGraphic DesignLayout DesignPrint DesignVisual designEmployee Type:ContractLocation:Minneapolis, MN, USJob Type:Digital Experience and Content Strategy
