Graphic Designer

Job#: 2036669Job Description:The tool delivers a fully integrated and centralized marketing on demand solutions for line of business partners. It will provide customization of marketing materials, while maintaining brand standards and design integrity.In this role, the Graphic Designer will execute the following:Creates and design systems, dashboards, and templates for the tool.Produces technically sound, content-correct files for both print and digital assignments that meet all production standards.Executes revisions, edits, modifications, resizing, and other adjustments to previously completed work.Consistently applies established design principles and brand standards to all assignments.Ensures timely completion of assigned projects while maintaining strict standards of accuracy, completeness, and product quality.Utilizes job management system to manage workload and production time for each project.Manages and prioritizes workload based on job deadlines.Required:Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities in a tight deadline-driven environment.Basic understanding of interrelated aspects of marketing, advertising, design, and production.Deep understanding of print and digital production processes.Deep understanding of corporate brand standards.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Self-direction and initiative.A commitment to working as part of a team.Employee Type:ContractLocation:Minneapolis, MN, USJob Type:Digital Experience and Content Strategy
