As a Marketing Assistant Fragrances at Dolce & Gabbana Beauty, you will have the exciting opportunity to delve into both the strategic marketing initiatives and operational aspects of our brand. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to support various campaigns, manage budgets, handle inventory, and ensure seamless execution of brand activities.Key Responsibilities:Support strategy development by researching competitive launches, compiling and analyzing data.Conduct competitive research, collect and compile data, analyze market trends and identify opportunities in the Fragrance category.Assist in launch preparation, coordinate logistics, scheduling all materials to ensure perfect execution at all touchpoints.Track expenses, reconcile budget monthly, prepare budget reports, raise Points of Sale, follow up on invoices.Assist in developing and managing marketing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.Assist with meeting preparation and take notes, do a constant follow up on next steps.Monitor brand mentions, product reviews and consumer feedback to inform Director's decisions.Assist in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve results.Work with Business Analyst team to generate useful performance reports and update them depending on activationsHandle everyday communication, meeting preparation and follow upsTrack and manage inventory, coordinate distribution and gather feedback.Conduct price comparisons and support pricing analysisQualifications:Bachelor or Master's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage budgets, analyze competition and data, and make strategic recommendations.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with inventory management software.Proficiency in CircanaPrevious experience in marketing, operations, or related fields is a plus, but not required.Experience in the Fragrance Industry for the US market.Spanish is a plus.
