If you are a self-motivated, proactive individual who is passionate about marketing and the fragrance industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you. In this role, you will be working closely with the brand’s US based team, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager of the Americas. Must be based in the Miami Area.About Fragrance Du Bois:Fragrance Du Bois is a leading name in the niche fragrance industry, known for our exquisite scents and commitment to sustainable practices. We are dedicated to crafting unique fragrances that captivate the senses and leave a lasting impression. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a supporting role in shaping our brand's narrative and expanding our reach.Responsibilities:General Marketing Needs:
Manage PR and influencer communications, gifting, partnerships and collaborations.Support with all marketing daily needs, from communications, activations’ planning, coordinating meetings, among other day to day activities.Provide marketing assets to partners, to support campaigns, activations and launches.Create and edit branded decks, for the team to present and share with partners and customers.
Brand Awareness Expansion:
Work with the Marketing Manager of the Americas to develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to introduce Fragrance Du Bois to new markets, retailers, and audiences.Support with strategic partnerships, collaborations, and events that align with brand values and increase visibility.
Event Planning and Execution:
Help with the execution of experiential events that showcase the essence of each fragrance and the brand to engage with consumers.Coordinate with retailers, vendors, partners, and influencers to ensure seamless execution of events.
Social Media & Influencer Activations:
Influencer seeding program – Support with brand gifting campaigns.Support identifying potential partnerships, collaborations and gifting opportunities, to increase brand awareness among diverse customer groups.Track and follow UGC and Influencer posting to keep the team updated on industry and brand related content.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2-3 years’ work experience, preferably in marketing.Understanding of the fragrance industry is a plus.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Creative thinker with a data-driven approach.Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.Ability to multitask and have initiative in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Previous experience in retail marketing.Previous experience in influencer marketing.Some knowledge/proficiency in editing and design programs is preferred.Spanish language proficiency is not required but is a plus.What You Can Expect From Us:A great salary package based on your experience and skills.An expanding international team from the UK, Italy, France, and USA with significant challenges every day.The opportunity to make the difference in a fast-growing company where your opinion and ideas will always matter.Full support to accelerate your professional growth.Health InsuranceDental InsuranceEye InsuranceJoin Us:
