The hiring company believes in fueling stronger communities, partnering with Food Bank For New York City to combat food insecurity across all five boroughs.About the Team:The B2B department, established this year, is on the brink of significant growth. Currently consisting of seven members, including the Head of B2B, Account Manager, Logistics Associate, CX Specialist, a salesperson, and two Engineers, they are gearing up for expansion.The team's mission is clear: scale the B2B operations to $100M ARR within the next few years and give access to amazing food cooked by their chefs anywhere, away from home.About The Role:Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate is not just a metrics monitor; they are a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who thrives in a startup environment. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, wearing multiple hats to drive success from concept to implementation from SEM with digital ads and retargeting, to SEO (in partnership with an agency), and creating strategies in collaboration with their B2C core business.This role requires strong organization, project management, and an ability to scale how they plan and execute the go-to-market strategy for their B2B product.You will play an instrumental role in driving strategy and daily operations and impacting the business.Responsibilities:Strategy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.Oversee the entire marketing process, from ideation to completion, demonstrating a hands-on approach to all aspects of the marketing mix in collaboration with the head of B2B.Drive campaigns across diverse channels, including digital, social media, content, and traditional marketing avenues.Work from start to finish on determining the appropriate audience, budget, channels, and tactics to engage their audiences with compelling campaigns, which you will work with the broader GTM team to execute successfully.Establish the corresponding KPIs to measure the success of marketing efforts associated with the company's business objectives.Leverage data analytics to evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies for optimal results.Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives, focusing on supporting clients/partners and implementing efficiency improvements for scalable business growth year after year.Experience in end-to-end management of mass media campaigns: planning, content production, and measurement of results. Coordination with stakeholders inside and outside the company throughout the entire process.Startup Agility: Adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements inherent in a startup environment, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness.Effectively communicate marketing results, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders, including executive leadership.Minimum Requirements:Strong analytical thinking and action-oriented execution.Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with a track record of successfully leading end-to-end marketing campaigns for startups in initial to growth phase.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insightsDemonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive business objectives.Ability to understand data-driven results and the actions needed to optimize campaigns and hit target goals. Proficiency in analyzing marketing metrics and using data insights to optimize campaigns.Experience in optimizing Marketing budgets of 6 figures or more.Experience in managing digital marketing platforms and conversion rate optimization.
