As a Marketing Coordinator at For Others, you will be integral to the success of our marketing strategies and campaigns. Your responsibilities will include coordinating content creation, managing social media accounts, and assisting in the planning and execution of marketing for events. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the seamless delivery of marketing projects, uphold brand consistency, and analyze the performance of marketing efforts. This role demands excellent organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Your contributions will help drive our mission forward and amplify our impact.KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Social Media Engagement: Metrics such as likes, shares, comments, and followers.Content Performance: Engagement metrics for content pieces, including blog posts, emails, and videos.Website Analytics: Using Google Analytics.Campaign Effectiveness: Performance metrics for marketing campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.Efficiency Metrics: Average time taken to produce a piece of content including adherence to content calendar deadlines.DIRECT REPORTS:N/AMARKETING COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Content Development and Management:Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and implement content plans and calendars, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of digital content.Create high-quality, compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and email newsletters, in coordination with the copywriter and design team.Utilize a project management system (ClickUp) to coordinate needs from various team members for marketing projects.Campaign Coordination and Execution:Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating the creation and distribution of marketing materials.Manage social media accounts, engaging with our online community to foster interaction and growth.Support event team to coordinate marketing assets needed from marketing creative team.Performance Analysis and Optimization:Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize and improve engagement and reach.Analyze marketing data and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance content strategies and marketing efforts.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and events, to align content with overall brand strategy and campaign goals.Coordinate with external partners and vendors for content creation and distribution as needed.Ensure project deadlines are met by working closely with internal teams and external vendors.YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing.Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.Skills:Technical Skills:Proficiency in Digital Marketing Tools and Platforms: Including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content management systems.Experience with Analytics Tools: Such as Google Analytics to monitor and analyze performance metrics.Knowledge of SEO and SEM Best Practices: To optimize content and campaigns for search engines.Strong Project Management Skills: With attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Creative Skills:Familiarity with Graphic Design Software: Such as Adobe Creative Suite for creating visual content.Ability to Develop and Execute Creative Marketing Campaigns: That align with brand strategy and goals.Experience in Visual Storytelling and Branding: To create cohesive and impactful visual content.Proficiency in Social Media Management and Content Planning: To maintain and grow online presence.Soft Skills:Attention to Detail:
