As a Staff Product Designer within the NEXT team, you'll lead the charge in crafting innovative features that explore new horizons of dating to improve the landscape of dating in the 21st century. You will work as a part of a cross-functional team that explores and shapes exciting ideas into realized fully concepts.Where you’ll work:This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration two times per week. This position is located in West Hollywood and will offer relocation assistance.In this role you will:Conduct deep user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and desires of daters.Ideate and prototype brand new feature ideas — focusing on enhancing dating as a whole experience.
