The Media Technology Manager stays up to date with the latest advertising technologies and bringing forward solutions to the media team. You will be accountable for the accurate execution of digital campaigns in addition to identifying optimizations opportunities. The Manager will also lead a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts on client projects and career growth opportunities across scoped accounts.This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.Knowledge4+ years’ experience in ad ops requiredExperience managing people and projectsExperience of ad serving and verification technologySolid foundation of site conversion tagging and implementationApply Excel and creating/troubleshooting macrosInput thoughts on campaign set up (naming, tagging)Escalation Point for any internal Technology questions/issues/POVManage offshore trafficking / Analyst teams of Technology Activation Specialists and ensure the best service deliveryEstablish/refine processes and training parameters to ensure performance by executional teamsCoordinate with analytics teams to ensure data (from varied sources) can be easily fed into outsourced tools and systemsUnderstand, identify, and partner with data/technology solution providers to guide more efficient reporting for teams/clientsEnsure teams are following best practicesAudit and evaluate technology solutions being used, and identify opportunities to improveManage advanced technologies within campaignsArticulate all levels of technology to a variety of roles (from peers to managers) with different perspectivesProvide relevant details and timeline information for “top line”/executive summary level status/problems on projectsProvide feedback and guidance to teamEnsure all daily activities are running smoothlyBuild different types of business relationships (clients, senior level, peers)Qualifications
