Job Overview

Our expanding business is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support the Americas and Europe. Successful candidates will be an out-of-the-box thinker who is driven to succeed in challenges and support take our company brand to the next level. The ideal Marketing Coordinator should have skills in digital marketing, videography and photography for creative product promotions, podcasts, and brand storytelling. A plus if experienced in electronic component/manufacturing or technology industry. You will research trends and emerging markets to expand revenue while fostering a drive to develop your personal marketing skills and network in the industry.

IBS Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing initiatives for the company's American and European sales offices. This includes working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies, creating and distributing marketing materials, overseeing the execution of marketing events, managing projects, and the company's HQ social media presence.

IBS Marketing Coordinator will work as a liason between the local office, working closely with the Global Marketing & PR Manager to understand the company's overall goals and objectives.

Job Scope

Digital Marketing – 30%

Trade Shows, Podcasts and Events – 25%

Project Management – 25%

Coordinating with Sales – 20%

Key Responsibilities

Plan, budget, execute, and analyze USA marketing events, such as trade shows, product launches, and customer events

Coordinate with vendors for promotional materials from development to distribution

Act as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved in the project

Manage project budgets and timelines, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget

Conduct American and European market research, and analyze data to identify target audiences, potential markets, and trends

Create, and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, email campaigns, and social media content

Manage HQ social media posting and reporting, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing metrics with Global PR & Communications Officer

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, sales, HR, and customer service, to ensure alignment of PR and communication efforts with overall company goals

Represent the IBS brand to the highest standard

Experience

Digital marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

Photography or Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)

Video Recording and Editing: 1 year (Preferred)

Communication skills: 1 year (Preferred)
