Rieke Interiors is seeking an Interior Designer to join our dynamic team of professionals. The ideal candidate should be a vibrant designer with a passion for interior design and the innate ability to connect with people and build rapport. This person should possess the ability to effectively present and sell your designs, trust in Rieke Interiors sales process, and confidently guide the client towards making a purchase. The Interior Designer should have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in commercial interior design. Main responsibility will be taking the lead on projects, guiding, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating closely with clients to bring their visions to life. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your creativity and leadership skills while working in a supportive and innovative environment.Key Responsibilities:Product and Services Sales:

Ability to sell your design concepts and product selection to clients with confidence and enthusiasm.Design Leadership:

Take a leading role in designing and developing interiors concepts for commercial projects, ensuring that the design aligns with the client's objectives and brand identity.Client Collaboration:

Take a leading role in designing and developing interior concepts for commercial projects, ensuring that the designs align with client objectives and brand identity.Communication:

Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas, collaborate with team members, and engage with clients and suppliers.Project Management:

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, proactively managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.Collaborative Teamwork:

Collaborate with the internal Rieke teams, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.Material and Product Selections:

Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet the project's design and functional requirements.Budget Management:

Assist in developing and managing project budgets, making informed decisions to optimize cost-effectiveness.Continued Education:
