We're hiring for a Program and Content Manager who

will be responsible for leading and implementing organization-wide talent, learning and staff development initiatives, and assisting with eLearning creation. This role will develop and implement solutions to deliver programs that focus on the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding, manager and leadership development, performance management, career development, and employee engagement. This role will also be responsible for implementing and utilizing learning technologies that drive innovation and create exceptional learning opportunities for all employees.For over 90 years Global Partners LP has been delivering the energy our communities need to grow, move, and thrive.
