As a member of the Accounts Team, this person meets regularly with representatives of assigned departments, works to understand the needs of assigned departments, and delegates tasks to the Production Team to accomplish goals and objectives.Expert knowledge of marketing strategies that support the real estate industry and exceptional company culture.Creates an environment of superior internal and external customer service through general support of colleagues, clients, partners, and residents.Leads, develops, and collaborates with team members to help everyone reach their fullest potential.Executes job duties in a way that maximizes best use of resources and aids the company in achieving financial goals and objectives.Proven self-starter with internal drive to work on initiatives and goals with little prompting.Participate in local and national industry groups to further self-development and to represent and promote The Garrett Companies.Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and write required reports, correspondence, and policy/procedure manuals.Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

Brand Execution & Management: Employee Recruitment & Engagement:

Responsible for reviewing strategy with Human Resources to ensure the department's marketing strategy is in line with the business objectives. Management of Marketing Plan creation and adjustments, as well as execution of all strategies contained within Marketing Plan. Taking corrective action when improvements need to be made.

Regularly monitoring all marketing deliverables which promote employee recruitment and retention, ensuring they are being appropriately executed by all parties.

Accountable to ensure all graphic design, communications, events, and advertising executed for recruitment and retention is on brand. Accomplish by regularly all marketing channels.Budget planning and expense control to ensure recruitment and retention is achieving maximum ROI for marketing expenditures.Management of Marketing Onboarding Board and task assignment to the appropriate team member. Following up when task assignment falls past due and assisting team members with staying on track. Delivering high level status updates to Human Resources on a frequent basis and alerting HR to risk or issues.Brand Execution & Management: Additional Business Lines:

Management of Marketing Plan creation and adjustments, as well as execution of all strategies contained within Marketing Plan. Taking corrective action when improvements need to be made.
