Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining the Company’s Brand image and Market Share by creating content and posting to social media; developing graphic ads and video; maintaining marketing collateral, sales supplies, and swag; preparing for conferences, and more. The chosen candidate will have high-level writing skills and be detail oriented with proven organization skills.

Marketing Coordinator Job Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Social Media and Digital Campaigns.

Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.

Organize and distribute Press Releases and Direct Email Campaigns on behalf of the company.

Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market.

Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.).

Support Sales Team in the organizing of promotional events.

Responsible for daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.

Support Executive Team in organizing various projects.

Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information.

Requirements and skills

Proven experience as a marketing assistant or equivalent position.

Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.

Demonstrated ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.

Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.

High-level knowledge of market research techniques and databases.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Ad words etc.).

Exceptional communication and people skills.

From $35,000.00 per year

8-hour shift

Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

St. Louis, MO 63102: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required). Company will not pay relocation costs.
