Job Summary:

The Social Media Agent will be responsible for managing and growing our social media channels. This includes creating engaging content, responding to followers, analyzing metrics, and executing social media campaigns. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for designing and implementing the company’s content strategy, creating relevant content, blogging, and community participation.Key Responsibilities:Community Building & Engagement:Engage with users, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction.Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions.Campaign Execution:Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns.Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.Brand Monitoring:Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO, and social advertising campaigns.Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).Qualifications:Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
