TITLE: GROUP PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER – JOB SEEKER GROWTH & ENGAGEMENT LOCATION: SAN FRANCISCO OR SUNNYVALE

THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced, creative and data-driven marketing leader to run a high-performing team focused on accelerating growth and engagement of the job seeker audience on LinkedIn. This is a highly strategic, newly created role responsible for setting LinkedIn’s overall job seeker growth marketing vision and strategy; working with Product to optimize our job seeker funnel; partnering with our digital channel experts to drive acquisition and lifecycle campaigns through owned and paid channels; and partnering with our Brand Strategy & Creative Studio teams to bring these campaigns to life.

The ideal candidate has a track record of setting an aspirational vision around digital marketing, developing a strategy around it, and stellar execution to deliver outstanding results. S/he also thrives on building teams/programs from scratch and rallying the organization around his/her vision and goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define aspirational vision for job seeker acquisition as a key growth driver for the business, with the goal of massively accelerating LinkedIn’s mindshare and market share among job seekers

Inspire the team to think in bold creative ways about our job seeker story and campaign strategy

Drive the strategic direction and execution of all digital channels including SEM, social, display, LinkedIn’s owned channels and web marketing focused on job seekers

Design, launch and manage best-in-class multi-channel full-funnel digital marketing programs (ie. journeys) that engage job seekers and directly contribute to engagement and acquisition targets

Partner closely with product, engineering, design, analytics to drive efficiency in our job seeker conversion funnel, with a big focus on optimizing our guest experience for acquisition marketing

Relentlessly test and optimize all campaigns ultimately driving industry-leading campaign performance

Define and deliver on goals, objectives, and KPIs, and regularly communicate performance to executive stakeholders

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

8+ years digital marketing experience including SEM/SEO, display, social, among others; developing strategy and execution with multi-million dollar budgets

3+ years managing teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

B2C marketing experience in the technology industry

Experience with consumer growth and lifecycle marketing

Proven leadership skills and an ability to manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team

Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit; able to build strong internal relationships, and consensus and alignment on critical initiatives

Analytical and problem solving skills; comfortable leveraging large amounts of data to drive decisions and a passion for continuous testing and optimization.

Familiarity in best in class marketing technology, data and processes

Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing time and resources based on business impact.
