ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re looking for an exceptional marketer who’s passionate about driving successful customer outcomes to join the Talent Solutions Customer Marketing team. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing our engagement & retention marketing strategy for our largest and most strategic customers. You’ll work with senior leaders across sales, customer success and product to deeply understand the user lifecycle and implement scalable programs to help our customers achieve their talent acquisition goals. We’re looking for someone with outstanding operational chops, who can think strategically and dive into the details, is both analytical and creative, and can thrive in a cross-functional environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Gain deep customer empathy and understanding of the challenges and triumphs that our users encounter as they use our products to recruit and hire for their organizations

Identify and prioritize specific needs for priority customer and user segments, including LinkedIn’s largest Talent Solutions customers

Scope, design and execute automated, multi-channel marketing programs that increase successful product usage and support new product and feature launches

Own content/creative development, channel strategy, and program management

Partner with senior leadership in customer success, sales, product and product marketing to prioritize programs and socialize within customer-facing organizations

Collaborate with marketing operations and international teams to scale programs globally

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in marketing, business strategy or related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Marketing experience in an online B2C or B2B business (preferably SaaS customer or lifecycle marketing)

Demonstrated ability to partner and make tradeoffs with senior leaders across functions in a B2B selling environment (particularly sales, product and customer success)

Customer success, strategy, or lifecycle marketing experience

Ability to quickly understand complex issues, frame insights and communicate recommendations simply and effectively

Familiarity with the talent field and how organizations attract, hire and retain top talent

Strong messaging, content development and writing skills

Strong time management skills and ability to balance competing priorities

Comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Eloqua, Responsys, and MS Office
