This Opportunity (Job Description):

We seek an enthusiastic graphic designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will report to the Creative Manager and partner closely with others to develop and execute marketing materials in support of our business growth goals. You will serve as a key designer and part of the creative team, helping to shape our brand and creative aesthetic.

Your Impact (Responsibilities):

Collaborate with key stakeholders on marketing initiatives supporting reputation, awareness, donor acquisition, patient and family support services, and operations

Revise existing designs and conceptualize new ideas to extend from the existing brand and campaigns

Create designs for logos, infographics, marketing materials, presentations, website pages, motion graphics, and more

Apply brand identity, typography, photography, color, and other design elements to create innovative visual solutions that meet brand guidelines, business objectives and user needs

Ensure that the final product reflects the original intent, the print production requirements, and the associated project goals

Coordinate with Creative Manager and Project Manager to manage workload, timing, and prioritization to adhere to project deadlines and production schedules

Ensure materials are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand – with the utmost accuracy and quality assurance Optimize deliverables for various channels (print, digital, mobile)

Participates in team status meetings, brainstorming sessions, and creative strategy meetings

What You’ll Bring (Skills and Qualifications):

4+ years of professional experience in graphic design

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field

A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility, creativity, and a range of design projects

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Canva, video editing software, and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong sense of concept development, layout composition, color theory, and typography

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Knowledge of print production processes and file prep

Strong collaboration, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to convey ideas clearly

Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects with tight deadlines

Flexible, creative thinker open to new ideas and shifting priorities within a fast-paced environment

Ability to effectively understand and meet stakeholder expectations and needs

Experience with HubSpot and Constant Contact a plus

Experience with UI/UX design a plus

Experience in non-profits a plus

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $60,000-70,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
